Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative to promote Acute Care Patient Care/Handling solutions to healthcare providers across Oregon. You will manage relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators, negotiate pricing, and process orders while staying informed on industry trends and regulatory shifts.

This role is 100% commission with bonuses and benefits; travel up to 90% is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 5+ years of professional sales/clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Patient Care/Handling products to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
• Negotiate pricing and manage orders; monitor industry trends and regulatory shifts.
• Strive for customer satisfaction with a consultative approach and responsive service.
• Demonstrate experience with reports, budgets, customer service and project management.
