Your day as a Patient Care Coordinator

As a new Full Time Patient Care Coordinator at Katy Trail Community Health, you can expect a structured yet fulfilling daily routine. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records with precision. You'll engage in effective communication with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless care while ensuring patient confidentiality at all times. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening hours to accommodate patient needs.
