Qualifications

• Completion of PMC’s Competency Review for BOS/PSR/PAR Staff with a passing score within 90 days of hire.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and coordinate patient care.
• Obtain necessary documentation.
• Perform prior authorizations when necessary.
