Texas Children’s Hospital seeks an apart-time Ambulatory Services Representative II for the Outpatient Urology Clinic at the West Campus location in Houston. Responsibilities

• Check-in and welcome desk duties; patient registration per department process.
• May orient patients to the virtual visit process and ensure tech readiness.
• Inform patients about necessary forms and clinic procedures.
• Communicate arrivals, delays and process updates to patients and staff.
• Coordinate scheduling and review new referrals with providers.
