Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program or relevant experience.
• BLS certification or ability to certify within 30 days.
• Experience with customer service and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to exam room; take vital signs.
• Register, schedule, verify insurance, and manage front desk tasks.
• Communicate lab results, medication instructions, and physician orders.
• Assist with injections under supervision by a clinician.
• Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations; manage the no-show list.
