Pritchett Eye Care is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly first point of contact for patients. You’ll handle scheduling, greet patients, and keep front desk operations running smoothly with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, great communication, and comfort with basic computer systems. Training will be provided to learn our patient management tools, ensuring a welcoming, organized experience from check-in to checkout.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare experience a plus, but not required!)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with patients
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to stay organized under pressure

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly voice on the phone, assisting patients with scheduling and inquiries
• Greet and check in patients with a warm smile and professional demeanor
