Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Madison, AL (Downtown). This entry-level office role supports clinic operations and patient intake with a focus on friendly customer service and efficient front-office workflows.

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director, handles referrals, schedules visits, verifies insurance, and assists with deposits and documentation while upholding Upstream's mission and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication skills to relate to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational detail and deadlines.
• Team player with efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Monitor arrival rate and ensure a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing and non-clinical documentation.
