You will verify insurance, enter demographics into EMR, and assist with chart preparation and balance tracking. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and teamwork across clinical staff to optimize daily schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn EMR.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as primary contact.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, manage emails.
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules.
• Confirm appointments and send reminders to reduce no-shows.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient demographics.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in EMR.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Support patient retention through recall and follow-up.
• Help maintain a clean front office environment.
