Acquired by Unified Women’s Healthcare with the backing of Ares Management and Atlas Capital Partners, Lucina is powered by an extensive women’s health dataset and a growing suite of AI‑driven predictive analytics capabilities, equipping health plans with the insights and tools to identify high‑risk members earlier, deliver more effective care, and demonstrate measurable clinical and financial outcomes. Lucina is at an exciting inflection point. We are deepening our core maternity capabilities while building toward a comprehensive end‑to‑end women’s health platform that addresses the full lifecycle from fertility through menopause. Complemented by Unified’s affiliated provider network, virtual care capabilities, and enterprise scale, Lucina is uniquely positioned to become the only fully integrated women’s health solution for national payers and self‑insured employers. This is a rare opportunity to join a mission‑driven organization at exactly the moment when strategy, resources, and market timing align.
