Job summary

Cockrell Eyecare Center in Stillwater, OK is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to be the welcoming front desk presence. You will greet patients, handle scheduling, and guide visits from check-in to check-out with warmth and professionalism.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off, a competitive hourly rate of $17–$18, and benefits including medical, vision, dental, PTO and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience a bonus).
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Pay & Schedule

• $17-18/hour
• Monday - Friday schedule, NO WEEKENDS!!

What You'll Be Doing:
