Job description

Our office, Union Square Endodontic in San Francisco, CA is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office! In this role, you’ll handle front office and administrative responsibilities while ensuring every patient and visitor enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the dental office
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Keep updates records and files
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)

As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

Your Background

• 1 year of proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
• A high school diploma
• Desires to help your patients
• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to operate standard office equipment
• Must be able to assist patients safely in and out of chairs or treatment areas
• Must be able to maintain clinical positioning for extended periods
• Must be able to work around medical equipment and instruments
• Must be able to adhere to OSHA and infection control standards
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements

Position Base Pay Range: $25—$30 USD
