Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first face patients meet and to guide them from scheduling through understanding treatment and payment options.

You will help create a welcoming, informed, and supported experience, guiding patients through check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and questions about care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role offers $20-$24 per hour, M-Th shifts, and benefits including PTO and health options.

• Treatment Support: Help patients understand treatment recommendations, payment options and available financial arrangements.
• Patient Experience: Build trusting relationships with patients and help make their dental experience comfortable and stress-free.
• Communication: Answer phones, respond to patient questions and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and the dental team.
• Scheduling: Maintain an efficient schedule and help maximize opportunities for patients to receive the care they need.
• Gratitude: Show genuine appreciation for every patient and create an experience that makes them feel cared for and confident in choosing us.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be one of the first people our patients meet and an important part of their experience with us. You’ll help patients feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their dental journey—from scheduling their appointment to understanding their treatment and payment options.

You’ll bring our G3 approach—Greeting, Guiding and Gratitude to life by creating meaningful connections with patients and making every visit feel personal, positive and easy.

Schedule (days/hours)

M-Th 6:45am-5pm

• 1+ year of experience in a dental, healthcare, medical, hospitality or customer-service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Compensation

$20-$24 an hour
