Job summary

Specialty1 Partners' Mentor office is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy dental practice. You will handle front desk duties and patient intake, ensuring a smooth visit for all patients and visitors.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of front desk experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage records, answer calls, and maintain a welcoming environment. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • A high school diploma

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients to the dental office.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages.
  • Check, sort and forward emails.
  • Keep updates records and files.
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
  • As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

Our office, Periodontal Associates - Mentor, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.

Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following:

  • Welcoming patients to the dental office
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Keep updates records and files
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)

As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

  • Must be able to assist patients safely in and out of chairs or treatment areas

  • Must be able to work around medical equipment and instruments
  • Must be able to adhere to OSHA and infection control standards
  • Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
  • Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations

Position Base Pay Range

$18-$25 USD
