Professional Physical Therapy in Hicksville, NY is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and ensure a positive experience. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, handle new patient registrations, discuss insurance and payments, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks in a busy clinical setting.

The role requires strong communication and computer skills and a focus on service excellence.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Compensation:

• $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
