Lee Dental Care is seeking an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our Lee Dental Care practice. You will be a professional, friendly, bilingual Spanish/English member of a fast-paced front office team.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing front desk operations, scheduling, assisting with insurance questions, and supporting our call center. If you thrive in a digital dental environment and value teamwork, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Patient Care Coordinator or in a dental front office/call center.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience with dental insurance and patient benefits.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• All-digital dental office experience preferred.

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, positive experience.
• Manage front desk operations and patient check-in/check-out.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Assist patients with insurance questions and treatment planning.
• Answer incoming calls and support our call center team.

• Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish.

• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dentrix experience is a plus
