Blue Sea Dental in Cape Coral seeks an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator who is bilingual in Spanish and English to join our all-digital front desk team. You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, schedule appointments, and assist with insurance questions and treatment planning in a fast-paced dental office.

The role requires strong communication, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with the call center.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dental Patient Care Coordinator or in a dental front office/call center
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Experience with dental insurance and patient benefits
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, all-digital dental office
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, positive experience
• Manage front desk operations and patient check-in/check-out
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
