Lee Dental Care is seeking an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator who is bilingual in Spanish and English. You will welcome patients, manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, explain insurance benefits, and support our call center.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dental Patient Care Coordinator or in a dental front office/call center.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience with dental insurance and patient benefits.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, positive experience.
• Manage front desk operations and patient check-in/check-out.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
