Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, guide them through check-in/out, verify insurance and answer questions about care and payment options. You will support treatment discussions, build rapport with patients and help keep a smooth, welcoming dental experience.

• Patient Experience: Build trusting relationships with patients and help make their dental experience comfortable and stress-free.
• Communication: Answer phones, respond to patient questions and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and the dental team.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be one of the first people our patients meet and an important part of their experience with us. You’ll help patients feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their dental journey—from scheduling their appointment to understanding their treatment and payment options.

You’ll help patients feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their dental journey—from scheduling their appointment to understanding their treatment and payment options. You’ll bring our G3 approach—Greeting, Guiding and Gratitude to life by creating meaningful connections with patients and making every visit feel personal, positive and easy.

Schedule (days/hours)

Mondays 9:30AM-6:30PM Tues-Thurs 9:30am to 5:30PM Fridays 9:30 am to 2:30pm
