Job summary

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners is seeking an RN for an aesthetic clinic partner to perform non-surgical procedures, discuss outcomes, and develop treatment plans. The role balances clinical patient care with charting and administrative duties within a supportive, growth‑driven environment.

You will work with top-tier injectors, participate in continuous education, and benefit from AMP’s national network and resources.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board-certified RN with an active, in-good-standing license.
• BLS or ACLS certification required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and patient-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical aesthetic procedures; discuss outcomes and plan treatments.
• Handle administrative duties including patient follow-ups, charting, and documentation.
• Provide high-quality patient care with strong communication and teamwork.
• Work both collaboratively and as a solo provider when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (such as lasers and IVs). Discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs
• Some administrative duties such as following up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care
• Leveraging strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care
• Working both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo provider

Requirements

Licensure & Certifications

• Board-certified RN
• Activeand in good standingstate(that this role is listed in)license
• Active BLS or ACLS certification
• Ability to safely administer treatmentsin accordance withstate regulations and clinical protocols
• Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety
• Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments
• Knowledge of skin layers and tissue planes
• Recognition and management of allergic reactions
• Emergency preparedness and protocol adherence
• Understanding of contraindications for aesthetic treatments

Compliance & Documentation

• Ability tomaintainaccurateandtimelypatient documentation
• Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
• Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
• Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and liftstandard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory

• Occasional travel for training and professional development
