Patient Care Coordinator

T-98 Rehab & Chiropractic – Austin, TX

Job Summary:

T-98 Rehab & Chiropractic is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of the clinic and alignment across our patient care team. This role is critical to creating a seamless experience for our patients and supporting their progress throughout treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and perform therapeutic services under clinical supervision
• Ensure doctors are prepped for patient milestones (MRI reviews, care finalizations)
• Communicate with Scheduling Coordinator II for follow-up on referrals
• Maintain and prepare patient care areas including beds, towels, and equipment
• Complete end-of-day cleaning and prepare for the next day
• Maintain general office cleanliness and report supply or equipment needs

Patient Workflow Management:

• Perform therapy services and update notes on e-stim packs and in system
• Continue therapy services and update patient progress notes
• Track patient visit counts, direct patients on next treatment steps
• Encourage patients and ensure engagement in their recovery
• Coordinate doctor consultations as needed

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in a rehab or chiropractic setting preferred
• Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced clinic
• Passionate about patient care and wellness
• $16-20 per hour - hourly rate based on experience
