Fast Pace Health is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to provide administrative support and exceptional customer service in a clinical setting. You will greet and register patients, collect demographics and payment information, and verify insurance details during check-in.

The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance plans and coordinating with clinics and providers to ensure seamless patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a high level of Customer Service to greet, register, and discharge patients
• Accurately collect and input patient demographics and financial information at registration
• Verifies and updates patient insurance information at registration
• Maintains knowledge of Medical Insurance Plans including co-pays, deductibles, and coverage limits
• Communicates with patients and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care
• Supports back-office and administrative duties as needed
• Completes mandatory compliance training and adheres to company processes
