Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triages calls and resolves questions directly when possible.
• Provides administrative support for patient care in the Welcome Center.
• Directs inquiries to disease center teams when needed.
• Recognizes emergencies and follows SOPs.
• Maintains patient information with accuracy and confidentiality.
