Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Bilingual communication skills would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls, making outbound calls, and directing calls.
• Promptly responding to emails, faxes, and live chats.
• Maintaining our calendar by scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Following sales script training to save cancelled appointments and maintain high retention rates.
• Accurately processing payments.
• Resolving patient issues, answering questions, and promoting products and contests when appropriate.
• Providing fantastic customer service and making a positive impression of our office.
• Maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and positive attitude throughout the day.
