You will handle inbound and outbound calls across clinics, input data into EMR, meet performance metrics, and maintain patient privacy while providing compassionate service. Healthcare and call center experience preferred; training and auditing others may be involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in Health Care preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Proven ability to train and audit others.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients via telephone or Microsoft Teams.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for multiple clinics and route to appropriate practices.
• Schedule patients for medical visits and input insurance information.
• Input and update EMR with required data; ensure compliance with policies and HIPAA.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics.
• Transfer callers to appropriate department/location as needed.
• Collect patient payments following standard operating procedures.
