Job summary

This full-time night shift (11pm–7am) features rotating weekends and supports the nursing team in daily patient care, vital signs, specimen collection, and procedure assistance.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of a medical assistant/patient care assistant program with venipuncture and EKG skills; CPR/BLS certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or expected.
• Completion of Medical Assistant/Patient Care Assistant program or equivalent with venipuncture and EKG skills.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and comfort needs.
• Record vital signs and document intake/output.
• Support RN with procedures and patient safety in telemetry unit.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and respond to patient calls.
