The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate support, and accuracy in vital signs, documentation, and patient comfort.

This part-time daytime position offers a path to growth within Mercy, with benefits beginning day one and opportunities to advance to a Patient Care Technician.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA/CPTC certification or enrollment in a healthcare career program preferred.
• No prior experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and accurately document in the electronic medical record system.
• Assist with patient needs: meals, bathing, toileting, ambulation, mobility, and transport.
• Provide clerical support as needed.
