Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or STNA required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, direct patient care including activities of daily living and basic clinical tasks.
• Utilize safe patient handling equipment and monitor patient conditions; communicate with care team and family.
• Collaborate with RN and care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and ensure smooth unit operations.
