Adena Health System is seeking a Patient Care Associate (PCA) to join the 3B Observation team in Chillicothe. The role focuses on high-quality patient care, daily living activities, and telemetry support, contributing to our mission of compassionate healthcare.

The position is full-time with shift coverage from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, working three days a week and every third weekend, based on experience and education. On-site at Chillicothe – 3B, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or STNA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, direct patient care to an assigned group of patients, supporting daily living activities, intake/output documentation, and coordination with care team.
• Collaborate with RN and other care providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a supportive environment.
