Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC in the United States is seeking caring caregivers to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes. You’ll assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship while building meaningful relationships.

No experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided. You’ll enjoy weekly pay, flexible scheduling (days/evenings/weekends), mileage reimbursement, and overtime pay for extra hours and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes.

• Assist with mobility and transfers; lifting equipment provided.
• Provide medication reminders (no administration).
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Be a consistent, reliable presence in your client’s life.

$14-15/hour based on experience
