Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare MOT in Dover, DE is seeking caring caregivers to join our team. We welcome compassionate, certified (CNA, HHA, DCA, PCA) or experienced but uncertified caregivers who can provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders in clients' homes.

We offer Direct deposit, paid orientation, ongoing training, time-and-a-half overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, certified caregivers (CNA, HHA, DCA, PCA) or experienced non-certified caregivers.
• Weekend, casual, PT, or short-visit opportunities available.
• Reliable, punctual and able to provide non-medical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders/verification.
• Establish professional communication with clients, families and coworkers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts when needed.
