Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, CNA/CPTC or enrolled in a healthcare program.
• Experience: None required.
• Special requirements: BLS within one month; 50 lb lift permits and mobility duties.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and document into EMR.
• Assist with meals, bathing, toileting, ambulation and mobility.
• Clerical duties as needed; participate in patient care tasks at PCA level.
• Support pathway to PCT with phlebotomy, wound care, and other duties.
