Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient status and response; reports abnormal findings or changes to nursing staff.
• Performs basic patient care activities delegated by an RN, including monitoring vital signs, EKG testing, phlebotomy, and glucose measurements.
• Assists with keeping patient rooms stocked, clean and orderly; helps patients with activities of daily living.
• Assists with transporting patients as needed.
