Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking Patient Care Associates across adult inpatient units for full‑time, part‑time, or per diem shifts (Day/Evening/Night) at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Under supervision, you will deliver direct and indirect patient care, participate in PFCC principles, complete required competency training, and meet the education requirements (high school diploma or GED; CNA or equivalent). CPR required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care as directed by the clinical team.
• Support patient and family centered care (PFCC) and teamwork in the unit.
• Adhere to service standards and complete competency-based training.
