Job summary

St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA, is seeking a Patient Care Assistant for the 12 Hour Night Shift on a part-time basis.

The PCA performs direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff and supports unit operations, including equipment cleaning and transportation.

Per Diem Nights shift from 7 PM to 7:30 AM completes the schedule as described.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care tasks under supervision of professional nursing staff.
• Assist with indirect care including equipment cleaning, stocking, transport, and unit readiness.

Employment Type: Part time Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift Description: The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) is responsible for direct patient care tasks as assigned and under supervision of professional nursing personnel. Also provides indirect care to maintain unit functions as directed by the professional nursing staff i.e. care and cleaning of specific equipment, transportation of patients, stocking of supplies and equipment, etc.
