Role Responsibilities

• Support the therapeutic milieu under RN supervision
• Supervise and ensure patient safety
• Deliver the scheduled program consistently
• Respect and safeguard the dignity of patients and guests
• Provide continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or relevant degree; relevant work experience may suffice
• At least 1 year of experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting; experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a favorable Motor Vehicle Report
• Proof of insurance
• CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment
• Experience in inpatient psychiatric or healthcare facilities preferred
