Allergy & Asthma Affiliates is seeking a Patient Care Assistant / Patient Care Technician in Knoxville, TN. This role includes clerical and clinical support for patients, focusing on pediatrics, with no prior medical experience required as training will be provided. Responsibilities include greeting patients, performing vitals, administering allergy injections, and maintaining clinical areas. Responsibilities

• Greets and creates a positive patient experience with each patient and their family.
• Serves in front office medical receptionist roles.
• Performs vitals and intakes.
• Rooms and prepares patients for procedures while maintaining neat and clean clinical areas.
• Performs spirometry and administers allergy injections.
• Enters, scans and updates clinical documentation (EMR) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains and stocks medical supply inventory and equipment.
• Performs all other medical office duties as assigned.
