The position is onsite at 267 Charles Street with an evening shift schedule and a total of 36 hours per week. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent; BLS and CMA/CNA certifications are preferred, with 0-1 year of patient care

  • Performs vital signs and basic measurements accurately.

  • Documents in the medical record and communicates concerns to nurses.

It spans the ground floor of 3 buildings and is divided into several areas, including pediatric and psychiatric areas.Working under the direction of licensed personnel, assists patients with activities of daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Also assists with taking patients' temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.Does this position require Patient Care? YesEssential Functions-Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes, and outputs with accuracy and within established time frame and/or as requested.-Completes all documentation in the medical record as required.-Interacts with patients and their families effectively.-Helps patients with a number of basic hygiene tasks.
