The Patient Care Assistant II (PCA II) is a certified individual who performs direct care in the department setting. The PCA II maintains current certification in patient care, assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care, and helps maintain a safe environment under the supervision of an RN, ensuring that activities do not interfere with primary responsibilities such as dysrhythmia monitoring.

The estimated total compensation range for this role is $18.00 to $26.68 per hour, depending on experience, education, credentials, and other factors.
