Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic direct patient care as delegated by licensed staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Monitor and report patient status and vital signs to the care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment.
• Communicate observations to RNs and other team members promptly.
