Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR and patient care skills competency required or trained.
• State tested nursing assistant training or equivalent experience preferred.
• Completion of hospital-specific training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic direct patient care as delegated by clinical staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and document patient observations.
• Assist with ADLs, vitals, and routine care activities.
• Communicate observations to RNs and respond to call lights promptly.
• Support teamwork and follow safety procedures for patient care.
