Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) with CNA background to support compassionate patient care across rotating shifts. You will assist with direct and indirect tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse, helping to maintain a safe and comfortable patient environment.

This role offers exposure to diverse units such as Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Neuro/Trauma, and Float pool.

Qualifications

• CNA experience preferred in hospital settings.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient care needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delegated patient care tasks under RN supervision.
• Support nursing staff across multiple units as needed.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during shifts.
