Qualifications

• 12 college credits -OR- High school diploma/GED with Nursing Assistant training or equivalent preferred.
• Maintains Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (BLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross; if not, BLS will be provided during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care.
• Support nursing practice under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Carry out delegated skills within legal scope for unlicensed personnel.
