Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives assignments from RN/LPN and assists with activities of daily living.
• Reports changes in patient condition to RN/LPN.
• Maintains clean, stocked patient rooms and equipment.
• Operates unit equipment as required and runs errands.
• Assists with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Responds to patient call lights promptly and ensures safety.
• Records vital signs, weight, intake and output including tubes and ostomies.
• Documents turns and repositioning and communicates with the team.
