Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with Activities of Daily Living; reports changes in patient condition to RN/LPN.
• Maintains clean, stocked areas and patient rooms; cleans equipment between uses.
• Records vital signs and weight; records intake and output accurately including NG, chest tube, ostomy, Foley.
• Assists with admission, discharge and transfer; responds to overhead pages and patient call lights.
