HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (CNA) for our Regional Float Pool in Green Bay, WI. The role covers St. Vincent, St. Mary’s, St. Nicholas, and St. Clare across multiple facilities including Green Bay, Sheboygan, and Oconto Falls.

The position requires a Wisconsin CNA certification (Illinois CNA also referenced), BLS, and about one year of direct patient care experience. Schedule is 36 hours weekly, night shift, with hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold Wisconsin CNA certification; Illinois CNA certification also listed as required where applicable.
• 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple departments in the float pool.
• Support patient needs during night shift and ensure safety and comfort.
