A leading healthcare company seeks a Patient Care Assistant in Ohio to provide supportive care to patients and families under the supervision of an RN. This full-time role involves collecting vital signs, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining records. Candidates are required to have nursing fundamentals education and an active state aide license. This position offers basic benefits and requires flexibility to work at various offsite locations.
Overview:
Students must work at as scheduled, year-round, with no exceptions for at least one year.
This is a 1.0 FTE, working 40 hours per week, in a benefits eligible, non-exempt role.
Clinic hours: 8am-4:30pm with late days on Monday on rotation.
Must be able to go to offsite locations: Lewis Center; Westerville; Hilliard and Main Campus.
Minimum pay: $19/hr.

Education Requirement:
Completion of fundamentals course from an approved nursing program, or equivalent licensure or experience, required.
Licensure Requirement:
Active State Tested Nurse Aide License in the State of Ohio, or equivalent education or experience, required.
Certifications:
Current CPR certification (BLS for healthcare provider), required.
Skills:
Experience:
One year of patient care experience in a hospital setting within the last three years, or equivalent education or licensure, required.
