JAG Physical Therapy in the United States is hiring a Physical Therapist Aide to serve as the liaison between patients and the Physical Therapist, guiding patients from arrival to departure and ensuring a positive experience.

This role supports daily clinic operations, including coordinating patient flow, maintaining a clean facility, managing laundry, and helping the team deliver quality outpatient orthopedic care.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to fluid situations.
• Excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Call patients into treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day.
• Wash and dry laundry; ensure towels are clean and available.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patients have a positive experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Keep a safe and orderly work environment.
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
