Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Nurse Aide I/II to support patients with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and basic clinical tasks. You will take vital signs, assist with mobility, and help maintain clean patient environments in a fast-paced care setting.

The role includes accurate record-keeping, light clerical duties, and basic clinical procedures such as ECG and venipuncture under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current listing with the Nurse Aide Registry where applicable.
• BLS certification required per policy.

Responsabilités

• Supports patients/residents with activities of daily living.
• Assists patients/residents with personal hygiene.
• Takes vital signs and height/weight measurements.
• Feeds and ambulates patients/residents according to procedures.
• Maintains patient/resident rooms in a clean and orderly condition.
• Observes and reports changes in patient/resident conditions.
• Orients patients/families to unit and instructs patient on safety measures.
• Assists with clerical work such as answering phones, entering data and maintaining medical records.
• Maintains stock supply items in inventory management.
• Performs duties as outlined in Nurse Aide I/II tasks lists.
• Performs 12-lead ECG and routine venipuncture.
