Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certifications from recognized providers are required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming and eating.
• Transport patients as needed and report changes to nursing staff.
• Monitor patient status and vital signs; report abnormalities promptly.
• Keep patient rooms stocked, clean and orderly as directed.
• Perform basic patient care tasks delegated by an RN, including EKG testing and phlebotomy.
