Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with program activities.
• Complete routine daily checks of the vehicle if driving is required and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Accurately monitor and maintain data collection sheets and submit to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assist with assessment of clients' strengths and needs as necessary.
• Assist with preparation of clients' meals and provide training as needed.
• Communicate with supervisor regarding needs to revise or add training objectives.
• Maintain a neat and orderly facility.
• Monitor and document individual behaviors using specific terms (e.g., behavior changes, accidents, seizures).
• Encourage individuals to be independent and participate in activities.
• Provide positive assurance regarding benefits of treatment and participation.
